FrameSignal currently uses public contact and newsletter forms with limited fields. Contact submissions may store name, email, optional subject, and message. Newsletter signup stores the submitted email and a safe source label for future updates.
Contact messages and newsletter emails are private rows and are not displayed publicly. Staff access should be limited to review and operations. FrameSignal does not sell user data.
The current forms use validation, a hidden spam check, and rate limiting. They do not intentionally collect IP addresses or user-agent strings in app code. If challenge checks, email providers, analytics, or other abuse controls are added later, this page should be reviewed again.
Before a commercial launch, this page should be reviewed and expanded to explain retention choices, user rights, cookies, analytics, affiliate links, contact options, and newsletter unsubscribe handling if real email campaigns begin.
